The Program.

The RBLP-T (Strategic/Trainer Level) Program provided by Navigator Strategic Leadership Solutions provides the formula for unparalleled leadership excellence.

The Formula:

Your disciplined focus on the self Study material material + active engagement during the (7) instructor led Zoom sessions + The RBLP Certification exam administered by RBLP Staff PHD examiners = LEADERSHIP CERTIFICATION and (9) COLLEGE CREDITS as recommended by the American Council on Education (ACE) upon successful completion of the RBLP Verbal exam.

The Program:

1. -- a robust RBLP curriculum designed to equip you with the insights and skills necessary to reach the highest levels of leadership excellence in 27 hours of self study to prepare for (7) focused RBLP (1) hour coaching sessions.

2.-- Participation in (7) 1 hour Mandatory instructor led sessions covering the 7 course modules.

3. RBLP Certification. The RBLP certification verbal exam is the final step final process of the RBLP program is to take the RBLP verbal exam.

Curriculum Self Study Requirements

We will go over the requirements for the course and administrative issues. The Closing session will serve as a refresher and discussion on what's next in your leadership journey.

Part 2

Participate in 7 manadatory RBLP Trainer led coaching session after thoroughly reviewing self study material for each module.

Part 3

The final step is to use the insights you acquired during the self study and coaching parts of the RBLP Certification Course to demonstrate your understanding of the RBLP material and to your ability to relate those insights to your real world leadership situations during the RBLP verbal exam. The exam is a verbal exam lasting up to 3.5 hours that takes you through the material from the beginning to the end, giving you ample opportunity to demonstrate your comprehension of the RBLP concepts.
