Examine ownership & leadership, decisions, work assignment, team capability, recurring problems, and handoffs.

Session 3 — What Deserves Attention First?

Bring the findings together to identify:

• what may be limiting effectiveness;

   

• what may need to change;

 Your Working Genius Assessment and Private Debrief

Each Advanced participant receives the Working Genius assessment created by Patrick Lencioni and The Table Group.

It identifies your:

• Working Geniuses;

• Working Competencies;

• Working Frustrations.

After the Challenge, you will schedule a private 60-minute Working Genius results and application debrief.

The discussion focuses on how your results may apply to:

• your work;

• your leadership;

• delegation and work assignment;

• interaction with team members;

• capabilities needed around you;

• execution and effectiveness issues identified during the Challenge.

   

The purpose is not simply to explain the assessment.

It is to help you apply what you learn to the work you actually do and the people you lead or work with.
